Primrose Hill Lecture Series: David Bodanis on 'The Art of Fairness'

14th July: David Bodanis on 'The Art of Fairness'

Can good guys win? In his latest book, The Art of Fairness – The Power of Decency in a World Turned Mean, best-selling author David Bodanissets out four principles, illustrated by stories from the worlds of medicine, business, the media, politics and the military, showing that greatness doesn’t necessarily mean crushing displays of power or a tyrannical ego. As The Sunday Times concluded in their review, David is a superb storyteller, and this book is a cheering, timely, inspirational reminder that we can succeed without losing our souls.

David’s previous books include the New York Times bestseller E=mc² which was adapted into the Channel 4 documentary Einstein’s Big Idea. He has been a popular speaker at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

All lectures start at 7pm followed by a live Q&A. Approximate finish time is 8.30pm.

Proceeds are in aid of St Mary’s church - a vital base for outreach services to vulnerable local people, including the elderly, the homeless and young people at risk.

Primrose Hill books will be selling books at the venue after each talk and authors will be signing copies.

For those watching online, there is a Summer Lectures book list on the bookshop's website. Please visit  www.primrosehillbooks.com to order directly and also if you would like books posted to you.
